Please have a look at the photographs below
I cut gear wheels in modules ranging in size from 0.2 to 1.0, and in increments of 0.05. I will cross the wheels out if you wish, or leave them blank should that be your preference. Sizes range from 3" diameter down to approximately half an inch.
I undertake escape wheels of the English and French fashions, and chronometer wheels of the standard 0.520 and 0.560.
Wheel thicknesses of 0.032" to 0.187", the latter normally reserved for Great Wheels, of course.
It's very difficult to give prices, because it entirely depends on the size of the wheel, the thickness, whether or not you require the wheel to be crossed and other considerations you may require. However, to give you some idea, we'll run through the items in the photographs below;
Starting from the very bottom, we see a centre wheel, 0.062" thick, and about 1.5" diameter. As you can see, it's crossed out and this would cost around $90.00. The module is 0.45. To its left is a smaller third wheel, the teeth are cut, but the wheel is left blank. The module is smaller, at 0.35.
This would cost around $40.00.
Directly above this is an escape wheel, again not crossed, 30 teeth, which would cost about $40.00
To its left is another, larger third wheel of 0.45 module, crossed, which would be around $80.00
Immediately above these two is a rack and tail. To make the whole would cost around $150.00
The steel gear just to its right and below is part of the winding mechanism for an automaton. It's of 303 stainless steel. the module is 0.65 and the cost would be very roughly $80.00.
The last wheel, below it, is of course another escape wheel, this time crossed, which would cost around $80.00.
Immediately above the steel gear, and to the right of the rack in the left hand photo, is an hour wheel and pipe. The hour hand itself fits onto this pipe.
I do hope that all the above, and the photographs, are of some help, but please don't hesitate to contact me via E-mail in the first instance at:

Always remember, of course, that although these wheels were made for clocks, there's no reason at all why they shouldn't help power other mechanisms, or be of use to anyone interested in arts and crafts.
I make one stipulation! I do not hurry! One-off work cannot be hurried and since I personally do all the work, you may rest certain in the knowledge that it isn't being farmed out to apprentices, or other manufacturers, who may not possess the same standards upon which I insist for my customers.
